Hey Guys , Today i am going to share the details of The ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program . it helps young and inquisitive graduates become new age bankers by providing the edge needed for a competitive and rewarding career in the Banking industry.

This ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program is created by YES BANK in partnership with Manipal Academy of BFSI (MABFSI). On successful completion of the program, the candidate will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE).

Program Structure:

The Candidates have the option to choose a career in Corporate, Retail Business or Operations at the application stage. Post the successful completion of the program, the candidate will join YES BANK in a relevant Corporate, Retail Business or Operations role that has been selected at the application stage.

As a part of this One-year program, the selected candidates will undergo:

• 6 months of classroom learning (On-campus of Manipal Institute Bengaluru).
• 3 months of internship with YES BANK.
• 3 months of on-the-job training with YES BANK (where candidates will undertake a full-time role).

The Banking program is built around essential functional and banking related subjects with a firm focus on experiential and application-based learning as well as overall personality development to become a thorough Banking professional.

YES BANK will reimburse the program fees paid for the ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program after you successfully complete the program and work with the Bank for a specified tenure along with requisite performance standards.

Assured Placement

• The ‘YES Professional Banker’ Program offers you an assured job with YES BANK at the end of the successful completion of the program (Post the 9-month period consisting of 6 month on-campus and 3-month internship).
• Based on your initial choice you will be assigned a Corporate, Retail Business or Operations role at an annual compensation of 9 lakhs per annum for the Corporate role, 5.5 lakhs per annum for the Retail business role and 4.5 lakhs per annum for the Operations role.

Program Fee

Rs 3,31,000 (plus taxes) which includes Medical Insurance, Onboarding, Lodging, Program Fees and Tablet expenses for a period of 6 months at the Manipal Campus in Bengaluru.

Selection Steps :- 

• Complete the online application form.
• Pay assessment fee of Rs 500 (inclusive of taxes).
• Take online assessment..
• Selected candidates will then attend the online interview.
• Successful candidates will receive the provisional offer letter from YES BANK and pay a non- refundable registration fee of Rs 10,000 to confirm their seat.

Stipend

A stipend of Rs 5000 per month will be paid for the first 6 months on campus, followed by Rs 20,000 per month for the 3-month internship period and the applicable salary will start during the On-the-Job Training period.

Eligibility:- 

For Retail & Operations roles

1. All candidates must be citizens of India.
2. Should hold a full-time graduation degree (with at least 55 per cent marks) for Retail & Operations roles.
3. Should be up to 28 years on the date of application.

For Corporate roles

1. All candidates must be citizens of India.
2. Should hold a Chartered Accountant/ MBA or equivalent (with at least 55 per cent marks).
3. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant work experience can apply.
4. Should be up to 28 years on the date of application.
